Phoenix Pectoral Implants

Many men find that they are unable to develop their pectoral muscles even with a regular exercise regimen. The chest may also be underdeveloped due to a congenital defect or injury. The pectoral implant procedure helps to correct the look of the chest by placing a solid, yet soft implant below the existing pectoral muscle. These silicone rubber implants are not a gel based implant like those used in women and result in a much firmer natural texture. The pectoral implants are pliable, yet firm to give the feel of a well exercised pectoral muscle. Implants are available in many sizes so that the surgeon and patient can choose an implant during the pre-operative visit that will best fit the contour and compliment the rest of the patient's body. Single implants can be used for reconstructive purposes.

The Phoenix pectoral implants operation is usually performed under nurse administered sedation and can last between 1 - 2 hours. For cosmetic enlargement, the implant is placed under the muscle to help hide the implant under the existing muscle tissue. This type of implant placement provides for the most natural result.

New, Improved Implants!
The newest pectoral implants being used at the Body Sculpting Center are the most advanced currently on the Phoenix pectoral implants market today. The new gel-like feel enhances the natural feeling of a well-exercised muscle. There are no edges to feel on the implant to offer a much more natural feel. This implant is much easier to insert behind the muscle and has less movement and shifting. Call today to schedule your consultation!

Phoenix Pectoral Implant Recovery:

The down time for this procedure is difficult to determine as each case is individual. However, on those with an office job with little lifting and a lot of sitting, the time off is about 5-7 days, depending upon your individual needs. For those who are required to do physical labor, the time off is about 3 weeks. You should not elevate your pulse rate or blood pressure during a period of 3-6 weeks. You also should elevate your upper chest area with at least 2 large pillows when you are both awake and when you are sleeping. Normally, you may return to exercise and other activities after 6 weeks. Remember, too much, too soon equals disaster. Don't immediately return to your weight lifting routine. Ease back into it. If you do not take care it could cause hemorrhaging, implant shifting or worse.
